Why is the trial card-first?
Because setup reads a year of your Housecall Pro data and runs an analysis on it, which is real work on our side. The card is not charged for 14 days, and cancelling before then costs nothing.
Is there a per-user price?
No. Both plans include unlimited logins and as many TV links as you want.
What does the Pro onboarding call cover?
Thirty minutes: which sources you use, who should appear on the boards, your targets, and what your office wants to see. We then build the account, connect the sources with you, and apply your logo and colours.
We have more than one location.
Each location is its own dashboard set and its own subscription today. Tell us on the call if you want a company-wide view; it is on the roadmap.
Do you offer annual billing?
