Four dashboards, computed from one set of rules.

Every number on every screen comes from the same rules you confirm at setup. Change a rule and all four move together, with a dated version to show for it.

Operations TV

The board on the wall.

A 1080p stage, scaled to whatever screen it is on, polling every minute. Open it on the TV's browser, press full screen, and leave it.

  • Today: closed and in-progress revenue against the daily target, with the gap to go
  • This week, month and year with a pace tick, so 48% on the 13th reads as ahead, not behind
  • Call capacity for Service and Maintenance, today and the next working day
  • Three tech boxes (Service, Maintenance, Hybrid) with one period control for all of them
  • Green when a value meets its target, orange when it does not, white when it has none
  • A forecast strip, your logo, and a reload once a day so the TV never needs a hand
Tech Breakdown

The one-on-one sheet.

Not on the TV. For the manager and the tech, this month, last month or year to date: revenue split by service, maintenance and the installs they turned, close rate against their own target, average ticket, callbacks, and the marketed leads they received and sold.

Service techs, maintenance techs and hybrids have different jobs, so they have different targets. A maintenance tech who turns a system replacement gets the turn, and the seller gets the sale. Those rules are yours to confirm.

Monthly revenue

Any month, in the TV’s look.

The TV only shows live numbers. This page shows one chosen month the same way, with the same month last year beside it, the service, maintenance and install split, revenue week by week, calls and close rates, and the tech tables for that month.

Last month by default, so the first Monday of the month has the review ready.

Leads by source

Volume next to close rate.

Each job in Housecall Pro carries a lead source. We group them into channels you name at setup, count leads, booked calls and closed jobs per channel, and show the close rate beside the volume for any range.

On Pro, Google Ads spend and your fixed-cost channels join in, and the same table gains cost per lead, revenue per channel and budget pacing: the marketing report.

Rules and changes

Rules you can read. Changes you can follow.

Every dashboard reads one versioned rule set: targets, who is on which board, which job types count as what, which tags mean a callback, how lead sources group into channels. You see it on a Rules page, with the date each version took effect.

A ticket for every change

Raise it from any dashboard with a category (rule, roster, target, bug, question), a description and a screenshot. Statuses go New, In review, Scheduled, then Done or Declined, with an email on every step and a reply within one business day. When a rule changes, the ticket links to the new version.

No silent changes, and no arguing about which number was right last Tuesday: the version in force that day is on record.
